When you are out and about either showing homes or in a meeting with a client, it is always good to look professional, approachable, and honest. People want to see that you know what you are doing and that you are a professional at it and have a successful track record. The clothes that you wear should be current rather then out of date, they should fit properly and are in good condition.
The colors that you chose to wear should compliment you skin tone and hair tones. When wearing accessories such as jewelry, purses, shoes, ties, it shows that you pay attention to detail. This is a positive. The outfits should also reflect the market in which you are working in.
Your closet should also be organized to help put your outfit for the day together. For instance you can place garments in order of color from dark to light. Remember anything more then three years old is a good candidate for goodwill.
