nice work... and then there's the seller who has ears, and uses them. well done.
Boy Cindy, changing out the back splash in the kitchen made a world of difference. It went from dated to "Wow, what a nice kitchen". It is always so nice to have a client that actually listens to what we tell them, and your clients were lucky to have such a talented and knowledgeable stager on their team.
Looks good. Great changes that will help sell the house.
Awesome Cindy...once again you shine in your profession!
Good job!! Don't you just love it when a plan comes together???
Wow, some of the photos show major change -- all for the better.
What great examples. Paint is not that expensive either, if you can just find someone to paint it :)
Cindy, You always do a wonderful job... It's great that your sellers did all the things your suggested - then you just put the icing on the cake.. God bless,
The paint made a big difference. So did changing out the backsplash. I had to look twice to confirm it was the same kitchen.
I can't get over what a difference the change in backsplash made. Just unbelievable. Furniture looks great, too!
A huge improvement---love seeing that wall paper disappear.
It makes the house seem so much cleaner and brighter! Paint does work! Great job!
The home looks great! I am a advocate for home staging. I just staged a home that the clients still live in, it was a struggle as we moved all their furniture to storage except 2 dressers and 2 beds. The difference was unbelievable. I listed the house 20,000 over where I wanted to be at $569,000, and it was already going to be a tough one as it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but no master. At the open prospective buyers raved about the decorating and we sold it yesterday full price, on the market 8 days. I love my stager! Everything you do makes a difference.
Paint is an amazing concept. I walk in to some homes and it just looks Vanilla and plain. One wall of color makes all the difference.
Cindy, I agree with you I beleive that a little bit can go a long way when it comes to the small things. Just the changes in your pics are amazing differences. And all done at a small expense.

Hi Cindy,
Thank you for sharing and great photos of all of the work involved. I have been a fan of Color for years. I also love it when the wallpaper comes down and the paint goes up. It usually makes the room feel so much larger, inviting and updated in a very short period. Once you remove wallpaper, you vow to not use it again. There is so much more you can do with paint. If it needs updating you just paint over it. Great job and thanks again for sharing!
Have a Colorful Day!
Wow - now that was some great improvements. I bet the new owners are thrilled.
Wow, thanks for all of your great comments. I really posted and ghosted on this one...sorry, not intentional. I really appreciate the compliments, and yes paint does make a huge difference for such a small cost.
