Jeremy Williams of Keller Williams Realty NE Moving to Kingwood TX | Servicing the Real Estate Needs of Northeast Houston including Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, Eagle Springs, Fall Creek, and Summerwood

Jeremy Williams of Keller Williams Realty NE will be relocating his family to Greentree Village in Kingwood TX over the next week after closing on the sale of his home in Summerwood this week.  Jeremy Williams of Keller Williams Realty NE provides real estate services to the residents of northeast Houston including Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita (Fall Creek, Summerwood, Lakeshore, Eagle Springs, Walden on Lake Houston).   Jeremy Williams specializes in residential real estate, and a large portion of his clients move locally either purchasing a larger home, sizing down, or pursuing new construction.

Jeremy has his roots in Kingwood TX after moving there following graduation from Texas A&M University in College Station  TX (though originally from San Marcos TX).  He got to know several residents in the community through his employment as a director at the Lake Houston Family YMCA in Kingwood TX.  Jeremy worked with several thousand youth, hundreds of volunteer coaches, and their families while overseeing the youth sports and adult sports programs and summer day camp programs.  After spending just over two years with the Lake Houston Family YMCA, Jeremy made the decision to pursue a career in real estate.  Earl Hale of Keller Williams Realty Northeast introduced Jeremy to the business and became his designated sponsor.  Now entering his 5th year in the business, Jeremy has become very familiar with the northeast Houston area including Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita (Fall Creek, Summerwood, Lakeshore, Walden on Lake Houston).  Jeremy Williams was recognized for his achievements and contributions to the company and the community and was presented with the Albert Hopkins Memorial Award and by Keller Williams with the Eagle Award.  Jeremy Williams is also recognized as a leader in the Keller Williams Realty NE office being selected as a member of the Agent Leadership Council, a board of directors for the office comprised of the 20 top producing agents in the company.

Jeremy has returned to the Lake Houston Family YMCA as a member of the board and is excited to participate in this volunteer role.  With a 2 year old daughter and his wife Laurie (employed with Administaff in Kingwood TX), they look forward to calling Greentree Village in Kingwood TX home, and Jeremy looks forward to serving the residents of Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita (Fall Creek, Summerwood, Lakeshore, Walden on Lake Houston, Eagle Springs) with a professional level of consultative real estate services.
