unfortuneately, this is what a baby boomer or older really thinks about technology -- and they are  buying and selling homes in their retirement years.  Good luck working with them.

I understand the Paris France Hilton is quite a classy place very upscale and expensive, good taste, very high brow, tastefully decorated, and no hint of scandalous goings on there. Or we talking about the other Paris Hilton.   :) Steve
