Last night we had a graduation ceremony for our latest graduates in our Journey to Mastery! 6 agents total. Some with experience and some brand spanking new!

Michelle and Tammy from Alliance Mutual Escrow were gracious enough to host the Graduation Ceremony at their office, and Kevin McGee from First American also contributed!

The night was filled with much laughter, lots of hugs, memories shared of what it took to get to this point, and previous grads showing up to offer their support, words of encouragement and congratulations!

The truth is that we have really had a roller coaster ride these past two years, and in a media driven world where all the news we hear is bad news, I wanted to share with you all the great success our company, but more importantly, our AGENTS have had. So far, 23 agents have graduated the program!

We've been on our Journey to Mastery the last two years. In that time, we have had some fun times, sad times, some hard times, but more importantly, we've had FAMILY TIMES!

It is so wonderful to see that every single person that was there last night was there to support the tremendous accomplishments of these 6 now fully equipped Realtors! We also discovered that THE MOM of one of our second generation Seven Gables agents, went through our training program 20 years ago!

Previous Grads showed up and told of still being active in Real Estate and using everything they learned in our Training!

As a trainer for the Quantum Home Tour module, it made me feel good that our agents are still out there working in Real Estate and using the principles they learned here!

As a recruiter, it makes me want to shout from the rooftops “THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE IF YOU’RE TIRED OF CHASING YOUR CAREER! If you want to have tools that will propel you in this market and in the future, we should talk!
