There is no doubt that the next building trend will be building green.The question is when will the majority of home builders "Get" that building green is the way to go and start doing it?? One local home builder Ochoa and Shehan get that green is good.They have led our local market in building a very high quality home that is now much greener than homes built in the past!

According to a recent report KB homes is the leader for large publicly traded companies that are building green homes.The report states that KB Homes is by far the best in the areas of Policy, Programs,and  Performance when it comes to building green.

There will be some day that most ALL building will be built green...until that day....
