Randy, I have only thought of Hawaii as growing Pinapples, but neve would of guest that it also grows coffee, interesting.

We are also starting a cocoa crop and several types of nuts including macadamia, which we are known for.

Our coffee is considered the finest in the world.  Kona Coffee is highly prized.  Kauai Coffee is not as well known, but considered just at good.

I'm a Kona coffee sort of guy.

Now I know where it comes from.

I'm sure you could have gone on and on about things in Hawaii. The pineapple plantation's the Cattle ranches, volcano's et.

Besides the lovely beauty and climate, I love the people.

Randy, can people ski snow ski on the Big Island? Moana Loa Or Moana Kea had a "ski area" when I was there

Lysa - There is still a ski area.  I have never been there.  It has been many years since my Mogul Mauler days.

You and me both! I never skiied there, just knew it existed. :)

Lysa- I thnk I would kill myself on skis today.
