Are you able to do an initial inspection to get the buyer to agree to a fair market value price? The buyer wants to see the appraisal before he agrees to the price. My client would like to sell the home for around $330,000. After the appraisal is done, is it possible for you to add the buyers name on it? Also, how much do you charge?
