Rich,

I totally agree that a good referal partner and referal base are a necessity in this industry. 

If I get anyone getting a preapproval that is looking to purchase a house in your area I'll be sure to send them your way.  In turn if you need to get anyone preapproved or if you have someone who is haveing dificulty getting a loan to get them into a home please give me a shot and makeing it happen for them.
