Sally - Indeed, as realtors we do get emotionally involved in our transactions! And many of the clients become life long friends! What a sweet job!
B/B: Thanks so much....for acknowledging that there are times that we get 'involved'. Some think it's just a job....it's more than that....it's connecting, and caring and being the best professional we can be!
We do seem to get involved with our clients. Most of the time it works out well- sometimes it can backfire too. You know the story about doing business with friends and family.
We are in a very people oriented business, and it's impossible not to get involved with our sellers/buyers. It's called relationship selling, isn't it? thanks for sharing!
Mott: I do those too...no difference for me....I'm still the professional :)
Li: At least for some of us :) Some think it's hoard em in....and walk em out. NOT US!
Very cool WooHoo! Way to hang in there and get 'er done. It's a good feeling when we can help folks out. You done good!!!
I had a simular scenerio a few months ago...an overpriced lisitng i took only because it was an old client and she never wanted to lower it...so we listed it too high but we were lucky enough to get someone who loved it paid a decent price. We closed too...good job!
Woo Hoo, Just goes to show you what can happen when you take the client to heart. Not surprised at all. Walking out the door to show homes the rest of the day but wanted to get this in for you.
BB; Thanks BB...now it's MY turn to go shopping :) :)
Neal: Good job to you too!
William: Thanks! Good luck!
Way to go....it always boils down to Sellers listening to their Agent, and a ready and willing buyer :) Good job, and I am happy your client can move on with her life. That's what Real Estate really is after all....a place where we "live", and wonderful that the new owner saw themselves "living" in that home. Another Real Estate win-win :)
Good job - congrats on the happy closing.
Kathy: What...don't you sign in anymore lol!
Georgina: Thanks!
Kathy: What...don't you sign in anymore lol!
Georgina: Thanks!
Sally some transactions require a little more work than other, but any transaction that Closes Successfully is a good transaction in my book.
I am sure they appreciated everything you did, including the "girlie talk" ............. LOL
George: Believe it or not...Randy's word for me everytime there is touchy feely talk going on lol!
My ears were burning.
Congratulations on the closing. Thank you for the good comp. My listing up the road appreciates it.
Randy; I know they were! Good luck with yours...although i know they are taking into consideration the double wall construction and year built so yours didn't fit into the same category.
Ha....I'm signed in now....copying my friend with too many windows opened...and sometimes I'm not signed in when I see a Post LOL :) But signed in or not....good job :)
Kathy: You're funny...lol!
