In Defense of Armando Montelongo. The bankruptcy, foreclosures, and the disability are not true. If you did the research, you’d figure it out. He can lift sledge hammers and crawl around underneath houses. Does he look disabled to you? If, in fact, Armando was collecting Disability, the State of Texas officials would be pulling that once they saw the show.

You’re apparently jealous that you missed out on having a TV show, and Armando took the opportunity and ran with it. Mr. Montelongo is going into his 4th season. Why would A&E keep him around if he was doing anything illegal? That doesn’t make sense to me. Armando Montelongo Worldwide, Inc. is a very strong company. Armando’s seminars are full. He speaks to hundreds of people daily when he does his tours.

Armando does a TV show. Holding costs, interest, payments, and the like are not interesting to viewers. Armando does what holds peoples’ attention and leaves the boring stuff to the city inspectors and numbers people.

I purchased the Montelongo Real Estate product for $997 April 2007. Even after 6 months of constant e-mails to their company, I never received the product I ordered. They did take my money however. They did not have a toll free number to contact for comments and/or complaints so all I could do was to e-mail. Their only response to my e-mails were to update my mailing address and never did receive a phone call or letter concerning the matter. I contacted my then Bank and they recommended filing a police report but due to the longevity since the incident took place they were unable to help me. Had I known better and not trusted the Montelongos, I would have avoided making such a bad decision in purchasing their product. I took out a loan against my 401-k plan to purchase the product thinking I could easily pay it back but unfortuantely for me things have only gotten worse financially since then. I wish there were some way for me to get my money. I forgive the Montelongos BUT hope the Law could stop him before Murphy's does. - Rene'

Ok, I really don’t care much for Armando Montelongo. He’s a cocky SOB and thinks he knows everything. But I do like his wife. She’s smart and kicks butt on the show, so I did a little research.

I found that Armando is not collecting any type of disability. This doesn’t even surprise me. The guy has an ego. His pride wouldn’t allow him to collect a measly $150 disability check every month. Besides, Veronica is beautiful and classy. She looks like she’s expensive to maintain. She wouldn’t be dressing so great, with nice make up, on $150 a month. Do you know how expensive make up is? I doubt that if he really wasn’t making any money, she wouldn’t stick around very long.

You know, I've seen some pretty hateful "writing" on this and other blogs, and I really think you poeple need to get a life. I asked my paralegal cousing to look into Mr. Montelongo, and while she thinks he's a cocky guy, she hasn't found anything that he's done that's illegal. However, she did find evidence of slander here and elsewhere on the web as well.

My journalist friend feels there is nothing newsworthy here. Armando Montelongo could not be collecting disability and still do all the things he does on the show. He kicks in walls, uses crowbars to pull drywall off the walls, crawls around under houses, and in general, shows he's a strong, healthy person. The state of Texas would certainly have picked up on this by now. The bankruptcy and foreclosures aren't true. They either don't exist or belong to someone else. If there was a story here, my journalist friend would sniff it out.

I talked to a paralegal friend of mine.............and they said your paralegal friend was an idiot. And added Armando is a jerk.

I really think some of the people on here really need to check into reality. I am a student of Armando's and I recently made $56,000 on two flips. I have learned more in the last 2 months than any other product has taught me. Keith, this is what you said:   I am not jealous by anybody's success...I'm doing what I love and that in itself is reward enough. If you want to lash out at me and cast unnecessary verbal attacks...you're wasting your time and energy...you could be channelizing that into something much more creative and beneficial for yourself and others.

How about you? Could you use your time and energy to be channelizing more success to your endeavor? How about trying to make an extra $50K, $100K next year? Or simply creating a successful company like the one you work for? Because whether you like it or not, you don't own the corporation, meaning you are at their mercy!!!  You look young, you look healthy, go ahead give it a try!! You can be larger than Remax, or can't you?

I have also encountered Armando's nephew Jordan. He is a tyrant! He is an uneducated, UNPROFESSIONAL, inconsiderate, self-absorbed prick! I personally think he's a complete idiot and he'll most likely bring his uncle nothing but major problems!!

I find the show interesting regardless of how he acts is really irrelavent when it comes to me basically watching and learining what to do and what not to do...watching the show has peaked my interest even more to involve myself in the real estate flipping business and i have read books on the subject like How to Become a Real Estate Millianiare by David Grazio...and there was some sort of support team that will assist you who bought the book with tips tricks and guidance thru your flip and they were like money sharks..it cost 2500.00 dollars and they are relentless, "do you have a credit card" you know someone with one, try to find a way to obtain a cc and we will help you..give us a call later..it wasnt helpful for someone who advertises no money down and lil to no credit to give someone a new lease on life in the exciting real estate business. But Armondo seem's to get the job done and the thing that matters is results...its like having a star basketball player who may be an ass but he wins championships..its hard at this point wihtout concrete facts that Mr. Montelongo is really facing all these legal issues and stigma of a scammer and that some of the info that is shown on the world wide web is not a world wide web attack slandering and attacking his character (bc of his success which is to be expected once you reach a certain level of success) by ppl who may not personally know him or been involved with him business wise no offense to anyone with claims of his dishonesty...so if anyone knows of a credible person, book, forum that will really assist ppl with these ambitions pleas leave your comments thanks...Bull

This is disgusting. You should be out making money instead of talking crap about someone who you've only found information about from ONE website. I would not hire you. Think about if someone did this to you, especially if said case was unfounded and untrue. Also, just because a couple people haven't had success with his system, doesn't mean thousands of other people haven't gotten great success from it. Not everyone is going to be successful at the system. 

Instead of worrying about Armando, worry about yourself.
