Remember Armando Montelongo from A&E's Flip This House??? - PART II

My journalist friend feels there is nothing newsworthy here. Armando Montelongo could not be collecting disability and still do all the things he does on the show. He kicks in walls, uses crowbars to pull drywall off the walls, crawls around under houses, and in general, shows he's a strong, healthy person. The state of Texas would certainly have picked up on this by now. The bankruptcy and foreclosures aren't true. They either don't exist or belong to someone else. If there was a story here, my journalist friend would sniff it out.

I talked to a paralegal friend of mine.............and they said your paralegal friend was an idiot. And added Armando is a jerk.

I really think some of the people on here really need to check into reality. I am a student of Armando's and I recently made $56,000 on two flips. I have learned more in the last 2 months than any other product has taught me. For all those people that has their lips on scam Armando rear end. When he scams/rips your money off then you will think different of him.Give him time it will happen.And watch out for his kick side his scamming nephew Jordon.And becareful with Jordan his senitive.He gets his feelings hurt very,very,very easily.How do I know this.Armando rip my money off.I tryed to talk to Jordan but I hurt his feelings so he will not talk to me.I told him to have Armando call me so I can talk to him.No call from Armando.I have more to say but I'll keep it short.I know someone is going say some b.s.about what I wrote.I don't care you have your opinion so do I and I also have the proof.Armando is a scammer and Jordan is shady.(I can not go back and proof read what I wrote on most of the page.I'm writting this on my IPhone and it will not let me do it)

 

Keith, this is what you said:   I am not jealous by anybody's success...I'm doing what I love and that in itself is reward enough. If you want to lash out at me and cast unnecessary verbal attacks...you're wasting your time and energy...you could be channelizing that into something much more creative and beneficial for yourself and others.

How about you? Could you use your time and energy to be channelizing more success to your endeavor? How about trying to make an extra $50K, $100K next year? Or simply creating a successful company like the one you work for? Because whether you like it or not, you don't own the corporation, meaning you are at their mercy!!!  You look young, you look healthy, go ahead give it a try!! You can be larger than Remax, or can't you?

 

I have also encountered Armando's nephew Jordan. He is a tyrant! He is an uneducated, UNPROFESSIONAL, inconsiderate, self-absorbed prick! I personally think he's a complete idiot and he'll most likely bring his uncle nothing but major problems!!

I find the show interesting regardless of how he acts is really irrelavent when it comes to me basically watching and learining what to do and what not to do...watching the show has peaked my interest even more to involve myself in the real estate flipping business and i have read books on the subject like How to Become a Real Estate Millianiare by David Grazio...and there was some sort of support team that will assist you who bought the book with tips tricks and guidance thru your flip and they were like money sharks..it cost 2500.00 dollars and they are relentless, "do you have a credit card" you know someone with one, try to find a way to obtain a cc and we will help you..give us a call later..it wasnt helpful for someone who advertises no money down and lil to no credit to give someone a new lease on life in the exciting real estate business. But Armondo seem's to get the job done and the thing that matters is results...its like having a star basketball player who may be an ass but he wins championships..its hard at this point wihtout concrete facts that Mr. Montelongo is really facing all these legal issues and stigma of a scammer and that some of the info that is shown on the world wide web is not a world wide web attack slandering and attacking his character (bc of his success which is to be expected once you reach a certain level of success) by ppl who may not personally know him or been involved with him business wise no offense to anyone with claims of his dishonesty...so if anyone knows of a credible person, book, forum that will really assist ppl with these ambitions pleas leave your comments thanks...Bull

This is disgusting. You should be out making money instead of talking crap about someone who you've only found information about from ONE website. I would not hire you. Think about if someone did this to you, especially if said case was unfounded and untrue. Also, just because a couple people haven't had success with his system, doesn't mean thousands of other people haven't gotten great success from it. Not everyone is going to be successful at the system. 

 

Instead of worrying about Armando, worry about yourself. 

I was ALMOST a victim of the Montelongo craze. I believed in this man wholeheartedly. He was the only reason I woke up on the weekends early. I was depressed behind what the recession had done to my life. So seeing his show was a great hope for me. 

I'd been to one other real estate seminar in the past and the feeling I left there with was like I was manipulated. I said I'd never go to another seminar. Believing that Armando Montelongo was different, I took the last money I had and went to his seminar. I deserve a dunce cap, a SUCKER t-shirt and a FOOl tato on my forehead. I fell for it until the the middle of the presentation. By that time I was embarrassed and humilitated because I thought of Armando as a more honest guy. I should have known how much of manipulative person he was. We are no more iportant to him than the Hispanics/Latinos he takes advantage of to get things done. 

I hate that I ever wasted my time watching his show. His infomercial was awesome and it talked about all of this FREE stuff and getting started right away. I had no idea I'd be told I needed $3000 to start, then given a phony $1500 discount, etc. You had to be there to know what happened. He played us ALL for fools. (He wasn;t there but his staff was. And would you believe the presenter's breath reaked of alcohol?? NO LIE!!) 

Anyway, I will not EVER watch his show again. I would advise anyone that thinks he is this GREAT GUY to think again. He has people calling my house now, trying to do follow-ups from his meetings. I want absolutely NOTHING to do with him ever in life. If you hear the man's name ... "RUUUUUUUNNNN!!!!"

I would guess all the comments defending armando are just his cronies if not armando himself, anyone who saw the show and decided he was trustworthy is clearly an awful judge of character and anyone shelling out thousands of dollars for information from such an obvious scum bag kind of deserves to get ripped off. a fool and his money. it boggles my mind how it's possible that anyone thinks you can trust anything on an infomercial. no one seems to have common sense anymore.

I found it interesting that the financing he lined up to complete a major remodel for a short sale ended up forclosing on the homeowner. Besides, how do you get away with negotiating a principal reduction on the  1st and 2nd then putting on a 3rd who then forecloses.

I remember seeing this Aramndo guy a long time ago on Flip This HOuse or one of those flip shows. He didn't do anything illegal, but he was a major jerk. He didn't care about producing a good product, it was just about getting the money. He put crappy used carpet into a flip and had the attitude that he didn't care about the next buyer. It was just about flipping the house.  

I don't care how successful you are at business, you need to be kind to your fellow human being.

As Jacob Marley said in "A Christmas Carol", "

Business! Mankind was my business. The common welfare was my business; charity, mercy, forbearance, and benevolence, were all my business. The dealings of my trade were but a drop of water in the comprehensive ocean of my business!
