Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of
July, 2008.
This month has 3 more Camas Washougal Washington homes in the active category, and the average
days on the market has increased by 2 days. We have an
increase of 13 homes going pending this month. For the listings
that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market increased
from 104 days to 142 days. It is our observation and opinion that
all price tiers in this area are still in a Buyer's Market, although
homes priced less than $400,000 are doing much better. Good

For May year-to-date the RMLS Clark County real estate data is showing the Average home
Selling Price for Camas and Washougal ranging from: $335,500 to
$377,200; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $311,000 to
$347,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price
is: $289,900; while the Median Selling Price is: $249,900.
