Saw your comment on a home staging that needed some more paint to give it pizzaz, so I linked to your sight!  You do great work and you definitely have a gift!!  :)  Love the pictures of your kiddos and the wildlife, too!

I have clients right now who could use some re-painting...maroon dining room walls that they painted themselves...and it shows (not that I'm a great painter myself...that's why I sub it out!)  I have thought about suggesting they put a fake tree in the corner of the dining room  -- but then again they didn't ask for advice...hmmm.

Take care,

Sonja - Thanks for popping in!  Perhaps your clients don't know to ask for help!  Offering to hire a professional home stager in your area not only makes you look good, but keeps you from being the bad guy if the clients don't agree with the recommendations.  You should look on AR and see if there is anyone in your area who can help you with this.  A little bit of paint goes a long way for creating the right atmosphere and selling conditions.

Melissa - really nice!  I love that living room and the bedroom the most.
