July 3rd is just about my favorite day of the year in Red Bank when the town hosts the largest fireworks display in the state of New Jersey.  Here are two videos of the fireworks, courtesy of Q 104.3 radio. The first video is God Bless America - the second, Beethoven's 1812 Overture.  During the 1812 Overture, watch for a fireworks image of the orchestra's cymbals crashing.  It's brilliant.

Don't forget our friends who work throughout the year to put on this show and raise the fortune that it takes to put on this world-class display.  I'm sure the KaBOOM! fireworks committee would be grateful for donations that trickle in or offer sponsorship for the 2009 show.  You can send any amount to defray the $170,000 cost at KaBoom Fireworks Committee, P.O. Box 155, Red Bank, NJ 07701 or visit them at http://www.kaboomfireworks.org   At any rate - enjoy the videos of this year's extravaganza!

p.s.  Like this fireworks view taken from Riverview Towers?  I bet.  Call me to see something in Red Bank's only full-service building and you can have the best fireworks party in town next July 3rd.  There are large one bedroom units with hardwood floors and balcony listed from $229,000 (!) to the incredible penthouse with views stretching for miles, on the market at $1,195,000!

Fantastic videos!  I get chills seeing them again.  You've got some Grrreat pics here.  If the market doesn't hold up you can get a job as a photographer!  Love the riverfront pictures in Fair Haven.
