Puts People In Their Places!!

Damiela,

I'm a week old Active Rainer as of today!  Welcome to the Rain!  My suggestion, read plenty of blogs.  Complete your personal profile out completely.  Work to acquire as many point as possible to raise yourself up the rankings in your state.  The higher you are the great possibility that prospective buyers and sellers will see you!  I read a great article on this subject by a Active Rainer Rob Blake the link is included here:

I believe blogging will help grow your business, because 75 to 80% of buyers & sellers start looking for homes online and this format will help you move your web site up the search engines!

Also check out Laura Manny's article titled, Do you SEO?  http://activerain.com/blogsview/57364/Do-You-SEO.

I could go on, but I hope this helps!  Good luck and if I can be of assistance, visit my site and hit me back!!

Thanks,

Rick Turner

Truth, Excellence and a Good Deal

Daniela,  Welcome to Active Rain.  I've been fooling around here for a few months.  Start reading other posts, make comments where you feel comfortable, and then start write about things that interest you.

Be sure to read the guidelines.  There is a link at the bottom of each page.  You really shouldn't advertise yourself in comments that you leave on someone else's post.  Some people will get upset a little.  It takes awhile to learn all the blog etiquette but don't be afraid to jump right in.
