I suppose I can't complain too much or get sucked into the myth that market is horribly bad.  Of course it could be much better but I'm staying very busy so something must be going right.  Of course I do a lot of community management...managing 6 communities is a full time (40 hour a week) job in itself.  Adding the property management and real estate and I have enough work to last a while!  Although it is nice.  I'm hoping soon to just focus on property management and real estate but it is nice having back up through community management so when things do get slow I have steady income coming in. 

Last week I closed on my first international listing.  My client moved to Amsterdam and I was listing his home here in GA.  It was quite stressful at times trying to overnight paperwork to be signed but I was amazed at how smoothly things went.  I put it on the market 2 months ago a little over a month later there was a contract and we closed in 2 weeks.  I wish all sales went that smoothly!  One can wish huh?!!!  I have received a few new properties to manage which is nice.  I am now working on getting them on the market for rent.

So all in all...Im staying busy which makes me happy.  Im working on marketing for more real estate which is taking a lot of time as well.  But it is all working out quite nicely!  I hope everyone is starting to pick up as well...it shows there is hope!!! :-)
