Buyers Need to be using a Direct Lender for Loans

A Direct Lender has all the control over the purchase if financing is used.  Get a

Loan Approval not a Pre approval. This speeds up the process and eliminates most

fall outs.  Realtors all already aware of this and the most successful ones are using Direct lenders for

 options. Direct Lenders are cheaper, faster and service the loans.  Its better for the buyer

in every instance to use a Direct Lender in todays environment.  The loan programs are being changed

almost daily and guess where the changes start?  The Direct Lenders.  Do yourself a favor and find a local

Direct Lender and ask if the Underwriting is done locally as well.  Chances are, that if underwriting is done

locally in the same office as your Loan Agent the transaction will move smoothly. Unlike where

underwriting is does in another state.
