Have you found that the if you do the same old thing you get the same old results?  Why not try something new?

Have you ever advertised a home like this?  Location! Location! Location! 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2200 square foot home.  Great family home!  Aren't pets now part of the family?  Why not try and cater to those pet lovers.  Advtertise pet-friendly homes through high end groomers and pet-lovers!

Host Pet-Friendly Open houses.  You could encourage pet-lovers to bring their four legged friends with them to the open house.  Take photos of the pets in the fabulous pet haven (backyard).  Supply treat bags (personalized with your information of course).  You could partner with a local groomer or vet and include discounts in your treat bags!

The point is, if you don't try something new you'll get the same old results.  Have fun!!

Interesting, but I would have a hard time selling the open house to my sellers, having people bringing their pets in to high end homes.

I guess it depends on your area and the price of the home..

I like the idea. That is thinking outside the box for sure.

Dana I love this.  And the name is good too!  I am going to do this in a week or so and get this health food pet store in my area to help me sponsor an Open House.

Hi,

You don't necessarily have to allow the pets in the homes.  What if you had something for them to do in the backyard??  Partner with a local groomer they could be outside, primping the pets.  Maybe host a cutest pet contest in the yard?  Be creative & have fun.
