Home staging in Northern Kentucky works! We recently staged this nearly vacant property in Independence Kentucky and with a slow and painful previous 18 months on the market the investment in staging generated multiple offers in 3 weeks!

The truly exciting story with this success was the fact that the Realtor had provided basic furnishings to the home but realized the need to take the staging to the next level. Enter Design To Market Home Staging and our wide range of inventory items and the partnership took off. The Realtor saved their client staging costs by providing some items and Design To Market effectively integrated their items with the Realtors to make this job complete.

The end result was that with a 1 month staging agreement everybody won and the house is sold!

Donna, thanks for the comment. We are always happy to mix our inventory items with nice pieces provided by either the homeowner or the Realtor. It can go a long way in stretching the staging impact.
