God I love it when the good guys win, I know we're not supposed to feel glee at the demise of some slug, degenerate, criminal, but I really have to think the victim needs a larger caliber firearm.

For all you tree huggers the criminal lived, so you can coddle him and try to rehabilitate him.

0900 hours, Saturday, 2 August 2008, a bank customer at an ATM in North Kansas City was accosted by an armed robber, he summarily dispatched the criminal with a single round from his lawfully carried handgun.

Thank God Missouri and some 48 states now recognize our 2nd amendment right to protect ourselves. Although some of those states, (IA, NJ, MA, CT, MD, NY, AL, DC & CA) restrict those rights severely.

No where did the Kansas City Star (Red Star) mention that the hero of this story had a legal permit to carry a concealed weapon.

My sources tell me the hero was a concealed carry permit holder NONE of the media is reporting that fact.

There is a bias in the liberal media against armed, law abiding citizens.

Here's my Kansas City Crime blog about it. http://www.kccrime.blogspot.com

Great job law abiding citizen, now go out and buy a bigger gun!

Update: I found that after all was said and done, some media started reporting the next day that he did have a permit; however, they also noted that it was not necessary as he was in a vehicle and in MO you can be armed in your vehicle. They will say anything to avoid giving credit to a good law!
