Many people think that you have to remodel the entire kitchen at the same time. This just simply isn't true. Think about doing a Mini Makeover. If you have the money to do a major kitchen makeover... Go for it! Not everyone has the resources to accomplish this at one time. It may make more sense for you to do one of these mini makeovers. Here is a list of mini makeovers.
- Refinish the back splash.
- Add or update an island.
- Upgrade the appliances.
- Revamp the cabinets.
- Upgrade the lighting including adding under cabinet lighting.
- Change the counter surface.
- Upgrade sink & faucet.
- Change the flooring.
- Painting.
By doing one or two items on the list can make a huge difference in the appearance of your kitchen. When you are ready to sell your house, this will only help since the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the house that can make or break the sale.
