Lombard Way is a development within the planned community of Ewa Gentry in Ewa Beach, Hawaii (makes up part of tax map key 191).

Single Family Homes (resale): While sales volume has remained steady, average sales price has seen some slippage. Although inventory in Lombard Way is low, the resale homes in Lombard Way are competing with neighboring communities and new developers.

I just hope your market NEVER sees what is going on in Riverside County (Inland Empire) California. Although it is good for an REO listing agent - it pretty much sucks for everyone else

John - We have a few communities with short sales, but in general we are doing much better than most parts of the country.
