Single Family Homes (resale): Sales and average sales prices were down considerably earlier in the year. Both have seen some rebounding recently. Hopefully that trend will continue for sellers, who in the past found this a trough market. Buyers will find some really nice, fairly new homes at a great value for at least the short term.
