Coming back from my coffee stop in Red Bank, I passed these hydrangeas tumbling over a fence on Harrison Avenue in Fair Haven.  This year has been a great year for hydrangeas!  As I drive around in my real estate travels each day I notice them blooming from pale icy blues to deep violets.  I've always got my camera with me and I couldn't resist.  I must remember to drop off a copy of this photo for the homeowners.

This is a great time to consider moving into Fair Haven, there are so many good values with prices at a lower point.  But you already knew that.  The ultimate authority on real estate valuation in New Jersey is Jeffrey Otteau of the Otteau Group Valuation.  He told me "People are going to look back at 2008 as the 'Sweet Spot' in the market."  There's still time to get the kids lined up for Fair Haven schools this Fall.  Drop me a line at FairHavenHomes@aol.com and I'll send you an email with my picks for the best deals in town.
