Market update for July 2008

The inventory of listed homes in Lehigh woods decreased by 8% from June to July. The change in average sale price was very minimal.  The average sale price to list price difference is not as drastic as Seminole woods this month...but that is still a large difference between what is selling and what current inventory is listed for. Of the 18 sold homes in Lehigh Woods for July - 8 were bank owned - 2 were short sales and 8 were regular non-distressed sales.

Average Sale Price:  $154,483 in July vs $154,543 in June

Sale Price/List Price Ratio:    94.06%
