All young real estate agents should have to work with a developer first. why....because you ask...simple..you get to learn what developers look for in hiring us real estate professionals. After spending 28 years in the world of architecture, construction, development and now real estate...working in the outside world of land development will open your mind on how you approach developers in the future. The bottom line, be able to walk your talk and know when to walk away and be honest with yourself and to your client, don't build a one time listing, but build a long term relationship.
