TRying to market to Apartments, already got a lead... but property manager told me to stop putting them out? is there a way or site to get mailing addresses of Apartments! I think it be a great way to market to people?? (edit/delete)

I was putting out flyers, not even an hour later one of the tenants called and got prequalified by my mortgage girl! BAD news is that the property manager called both of us because our names of course were on the flyers and told us to stop it. Im assuming that its against the law to do this? but im sure there is a way to mail them if i can get the names and address of the tenants. I figure I could just mail them. Does anyone know any GOOD and reliable inexpensive sites to get this info?
