John Walters (Specialized Real Estate) I don't know...the market is so hard to predict these days. This one has a full basement, and has great schools so it is anyone's guess. I recently closed on a listing of ours that I thought would sell quick, but it took one year. Another that I thought would take forever to sell, we sold in less than 10 days at full price...go figure.
