To all of whose new agents, learn how to laugh in the face of ogres, stand strong in proud defense against the Greedles. Set your goals for 1, 3, and 5 years out. Know how to achieve your goals, prepare for the excitement ahead, always remember your first real estate check. Prepare for a closing encounter and make sure you have enough ink in your pen to sign all of those pieces of documents waiting for you. Remember, you ever got in trouble for something you ever said. Remember what a friends told me once when I was starting in the real estate, to ever forget that the biggest lie in real estate _________"I can't afford that house." That nine times out of ten, the buyer can afford it. All that is needed is a professional like yourself, who can guide the client professionally and honestly through the process of the world of Real Estate.

it is a great adventure not an opportunity... it is a job and a business and you have to stay focused

I dont pressure people in any sense of the word. I present. I present the houses to them and let them decide. I dont want people into an investment they cant afford and I dont want them to ever feel pressured. When someone is working with me they stay until the end. I like to know they can trust me. I would want myself for an agent.

After 20+ years in the business, I agree it is a great adventure and never are any two days the same.  I believe we are "facilitators" helping our clients make decisions with as much information as we can provide them.
