What's it like to "sleep on it" in a Cocoa Beach Condo?  After much thinking and discussion, we decided to make a sacrifice and experience it for ourselves.  We have some friends who invested in two Cocoa Beach Condos recently that allow weekly rentals.  A quick phone call and the family was off to Cocoa Beach for a mini vacation.

Okay, confession time. Other than to work with real estate, we rarely go to the beach even though it is only twenty minutes away.  I know, we should be ashamed.  But, this time, we took action and went for it.  A few days of re-discovering Cocoa Beach and all the things to do there was well worth the sacrifice.
