NCHousing Lowers Rates Again! 5.75% for 90 Day Lock!

NC housing did it again! they have just lowered the rate for FHA/Conventional/USDA Financing, they are offering 5.75 for a 90 days lock and 6.00% for 150 days!

have you heard anything about the revised plan to bring back the seller assisted or Down pyament assistance programs that were just banned (starting Oct. 1) ?

there is a bill in the house that was brought there on 7/31 that restores it, it will certainly pass because it has the full support of congress. dont worry about that.

Where oh where are the buyers with these prices. Why are they still so scared?
