Life Is Good, Pass It On

By

Whisper In Ear 1In life and in our work we can get beaten down with the problems of the day. Whether they be working with clients, the hot summer weather, the unexpected auto or home repairs, the problems that inevitably crop up in our relationships within our families, or even our health. Face it problems will always be there. You just have to navigate around them throughout your day and month for that matter.

But remind yourself of this

LIFE IS GOOD, PASS IT ON.

I am always reminded of that childhood game sitting around the campfire, and you whisper something into the ear of the person next to you and see how distorted it gets as you pass the message around the circle of twenty people. It always made me laugh.

But be aware with your problems that overall life is good. Everything passes sooner or later and you are on to your next problem or good thing in your life.

Whisper In Ear Lady

What we really need to do with each other is talk things out. Console each other. Let people know that they are not in this world alone with their situations.

It is a bit of encouragement. A kind word in their ear.

Just taking the time for someone to care about you and what you are dealing with makes the world of difference. A little encouragement goes a long way.

Baton

So please say to someone today that Life Is Good. Pass it on. And believe it, because it is true.

Hand off that baton of a good spirit to someone. It will make running their race all the better for them today.

Thanks Gary - nice post. Sometimes having a "not good, very bad day" we just need to know that right around the corner things WILL get better and finding someone to care DOES make all the difference in the world.

Carol: Things keep changing constantly, so therefore their impermanence, does make them temporary. If you don't like the weather, just wait.

Linda: Hanging in there yourself does help, but there's nothing like someone there by your side who cares to lend you strength.

Yum Gary!  I would throw one part of the cookie away and eat the rest in two big bites!  It looks yummy!  I try not to even look at the double stuffed oreos.  I am putting weight on around the middle this summer and I hate it.  Back to weight watchers pretty soon.  Yuck.  This cookie you just posted is probably about 1/2 days calories!

Susan: Oh go ahead and enjoy yourself. You only go round once. Plus you've got JJ to walk as he grows and gets bigger. Keep this famous dog quote in mind as you go through life, "If your dog is fat, you aren't getting enough exercise." : ) Good luck with keeping the sexy body and fighting off all the guys after you with a stick! ; ) It's definitely tougher as we get older.

Ok Gary, now it's 11:55 PM      and I just have t to  get one more "Gary Woltal Post" in before  I stop reading these additive blogs.  I might say this was a special post. A nice one to end the day with and I think I might just start the day with it also. I will say it one more time you are gifted and you need to write a book and dedicate it to all your fans on Active Rain who continually badger you  about authoring a book.  Just think we will all be able to share in your fame.   for sure it's log off time for this computer.
