54 homes sold in Clintonville in July of 2008. The average list price was $198,504 and the average sold price was $191,113, 97% of list price. Days on market was 97. This compares to homes sold for the same time period in 2007. The average list price was $191,127 with the average sold price being $185,112 . days on market was 87 .

 

Many fewer homes sold, with the average price being higher. I have not seen a such a large decrease in the number of sold homes in a long time.
