OK so a while back ....way back in June I was tagged by my fabulous friend and colleague and part of the Triple Threat Shannon Lefevre . The only problem at the time was that my Mom had just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I was in a rush to get to Massachusetts and do what I could to help and support my parents. My mom is doing well and back to Florida I flew... When I got back it was catch up time and being one to never leave things undone here goes my first MEME....
1. My favorite Artist This is a tough one... I LOVE Art and all different mediums so picking one single favorite is tough... I like Wyland because I love his Whale Walls and I love marine life and the outdoors. He has a great gallery in Key West. I also have a great admiration for Georgia O'Keeffe's work and was at her museum opening in Santa Fe. Generally though I enjoy art and appreciate all different talent. I grew up hanging out in Wellfleet and Ptown and so I have a great respect for local artists everywhere! My Mom is an artist and I LOVE - her work - she painted this snowy local Barnstable barn for me.

2. My favorite musical artist? Well here again I am all over the place. I love music as much as I love art. I love to travel and find places to hear the local musicians! It really depends on my mood and frame of mind. I really do listen to all kinds of music... right now I really like Celtic Thunder ( ok yes my maiden name was Kelley). Lauren and I

4. If I could meet someone dead or alive .... I think I would prefer Alive and I would have to say Steve Wozniak. He has some great stories.
5. What did I want to be when I grew up.... I wanted to be a teacher because of my first grade teacher Miss Penuto. I grew up and guess what I did teach elementary school and loved it!
6. What era did I want to live in in history? ..... I am pretty happy with the one I am in now ... things weren't always so great for women in the past. We're making progress slowly...
7. The most interesting job I've ever had.....well I have had a few from telephone answering service operator to waitress but I'm with Shannon Lefevre on this one ... has to be this job! My first deal was a 50 acre farm house in Virginia, with a marked grave in the dirt cellar, snakes skins hanging from the attic crawl space and an aluminum ladder holding up the utility pole. The buyer loved it and wanted to buy it right away! Never a dull moment.
So now who is it? Let's see have to pass this one to Julie Neerings and my friend down in the Keys Islamorada to be exact Bill Belian ( who needs to get blogging :-)

Shannon, Meme's are a great way to help us get to know each other, love the Wyland stuff, we lived in Hawaii for many years and loved the gallery there. BTW - you are in a great era. This IS the time to be alive!! :-))
Hi Brad, thanks for the comments...a little intimidating to do the first one... My brother lives in a Hawaii which Island - I will have to check out the gallery there when I go. He did some cool prints for the Olympics . I agree this is a cool time to be alive! My gram will be 100 this January and I think she must be like WOW!!! Thanks again for all your help and your posts are great I always find what I need on them.
Shannon - Gram will be 100? WOW! That's awesome, make sure she gets that letter from the President! She has seen more in the past 100 years than could be imagined I'm sure. Give her a big hug and a smooch for me and tell her congratulations on a life long lived! That's just incredible. :-))
Yes 100 Can you believe it - still in her own house still hanging out the laundry - just got her hearing aids last year! I will definitely make sure she gets the letter but she will have something to say about GW LOL ... I will pass on the smooch and hug which will totally make her day! She is one hot ticket!
