What can I do?? Here is another little update for anyone thinking of buying, selling or curious what my facebook profile is.
FHA is eliminating 100% financing opportunities as of October 1st. FHA is a great program that has helped many of my clients gain home ownership with a low interest rate. The best part is it's not totally credit score driven although it is a factor. Recently we have been able to have the seller pay all or some of the down payment for buyers. Why are they getting rid of it, apparently they think my job is too easy, lol. Alot of people confuse FHA with first time homebuyer programs, call me and I can clarify. If you know anybody thinking about buying and wants to still take advantage of this program have them call me.

I have been getting alot more questions and concerns about what's going on in the housing market. If you need to ask a question, talk about solutions, buy or sell a property, don't hesitate to call.
I have had quite a few calls as to how to help keep their homes, how to do short sales, or refinancing solutions, I know a great lender or 2. I have some alternatives to selling, how to go about selling as well as programs to help buyers get down payments, and closing costs paid.
