Went to visit the new Lennar community of Paradise Palms just off the 192 in the new "Westside". It really is the best resort I have seen in the area.
The builder actually put thought into STR (Short Term Rental) homes adjusting things like the closet size, timer switches on the pool light and on site management.
The pool area is quite spectacular more like resort in Europe. It has a great outside Tiki Bar, Games Room, Theatre, Gym (why would you need that on vacation !!), internet cafe, tennis courts, fishing lake, tots playground, volleyball, children pool with fun squirty water features. The spa is really interesting it is set under a rock waterfall.
