The Keller Williams market centers all over the Upstate of SC visited, toured and EXPERIENCED a grand phenomenon called Grand Harbor Golf and Yacht Club on the 11 thousand acre Lake Greenwood today. It's a bit farther south than I'm used to but well worth my  time and YOURS.

If you know anyone that wants to be in a lake community, with a PGA course designed by Davis Love lll, private hunting sites, equestrian community, so many clubhouses with state of the art tennis courts, marina and pools galore then this is your place. And lot prices start in the low 200's! There are several different communities overlooking the lake and flanked by a state park which will never be built on! This pristine community in Greenwood County SC is also home to several multinational corporations  (fugi for one) and the 30,000 person population is growing as people from all over the globe are flocking to get hold of a piece of land (no building timetables required) in a lake community. Let me be frank. There aren't a lot of lake lots left in SC that offer so many amenities, golf communities, ect. The fishing is famed and has been written about in Field and Stream as one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country. The crime is virtually non existant and the lake pristine, swimmable and for those of you who like, completely available to large motor boats, jet ski's and the like. The only restriction is that no houseboats are allowed and this is so that all of the fish in the lake are catchable ...and eatable!

Located 1 hour south of Greenville, 2 to Atlanta or Asheville, 1 from Augusta GA and 2 1/2 to Charlotte.

I have been to every lake now in the Upstate of South Carolina and have yet to see a community that offers so much and is so incredibly affordable.
