The average sales price was 205,454 with an average of 2428 sq.ft. and took an average of 187 days to sell. This poses a problem for the 200 other homes for sale in Lake Carolina. With school close to starting, buyers seem to be holding off until things settle. There were 7 new listings in Lake Carolina this past week.
