The planning for Northridge took about 5 years. Michael T. Rose, the developer for the Northridge Community spared just about every tree in the wooded acres that would become Northridge. We knew it was special the first time we drove through the undeveloped home sites while the sites were being graded and the lake filling. Northridge is indeed a very nice communty. I live about three quarters of a mile from there and love the trees, the entry waterfalls and walking trails. In addition to the very nice single family homes in your post there are some very attractive and spacious townhomes in Northridge as well.
