This Vancouver
Washington real estate report is a simple matrix of RMLS South East-area's homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of
July, 2008.
This South-East area report
includes: Cascade Park, Fishers Landing, and the East Heights and
Evergreen Highway Neighborhoods.
With Summer now here, the month of July has seen a slight increase in
listings available (4) AND a seasonal slowing in homes going
pending. This market is still in an adjustment period, with an
over-all appearance of a Buyer's Market.
For June year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home
Selling Price for these Vancouver areas ranging from: $225,000 to
$336,500; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $215,000 to
$274,900. The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price
is: $287,700; while the Median Selling Price is: $250,000.
