Ok... I've been MEMED.... By Lysa Napolitano

After spending about  20 minutes figuring out what it is ;-) in my office, I think I could honestly say that I lead pretty private live, not that I am not social, it is just I don't like to be in the spot light all the time. One the associates in my office calls it "Little Russki KGB syndrome". As you can tell, we are pretty laid back in my office and joke a lot.  So here are my 5 things:

  1. Back in high school, in Russia, I was a member of math and physics clubs and received a silver medal for outstanding performance in high school curriculum. It was silver instead of the gold because I had B+ in Russian Literature instead of an A. The rest of the subjects were graded at A+. So, now 1 0 years later  I can honestly admit that I was and probably still am a geek.
  2. I am absolutely petrified of Roller Coaster rides. Every time I ride one, I feel like I am dying again.
  3. I have a cat and she is spoiled rotten. The saying, "Dogs think they are humans, cats think they are gods", really applies to her.
  4.  I am absolutely crazy about traveling and would spend my last savings dollar doing just that. I love learning about other cultures, customs and people.  I've been to in USA (LA, Las Vegas, San Francisco, DC, New York, and Seattle), Greece, France, Cypress, Peru, Malaysia, Egypt, Japaneese PagodaEngland, Canary Islands United Arab Emirates, Turkey (the country not the bird), etc.
  5. I would really like to learn Japanese and maybe even live there for like 2-3 years.

That's it folks. Good night! Oh... wait the next three victims are Donna Dosch, Lori DeLoera, Benjamin Jenks

Desiree,

Thank you for your comments. The Ragdoll breed is extremely friendly, patinet and spoiled at the same time. She IS the best kitty I've ever had.

Theresa,

Thank you for your kindness. I do believe that it is up to an individual to make their life wonderful and to enjoy themselves. I also have a great friend who is a horse trainer here, in Florida and truly loves horses and anything that has to do with them!

I like that syndrome :)

my father was born in Kirgizstan and so his naturalization card says SSR... he has many friends from Russia, Ukraine etc even though he doesn't speak the language except for the random curseword

I remember once going to a restaurant on father's day and there were two sisters - both from Kiev... we heard the accent and asked the first sister... when she told us and laughed with us, the rest of the night the other sister hid in the back of the restaurant ... she thought we were spying on her or something and was scared.  Her sister kept laughing that KGB wouldn't come for a family dinner to do her in!

Anyway... Privet from South Florida!

Hi David,

I definitely think that KGB messed up a lot of people. You can ask your father. In Russia we have a lot of sayings that go something like this:

The less you know, the better you sleep at night

If you know too much, you'll get "old" quickly.

All I've got to say is I don't give out a lot of my personal information to strangers or people  I am not familiar with. Especially, since I work a lot with public and meet all sorts of people, I have to be careful because of the safety reasons. I am sure a lot of Realtors share my feeling.

Anna,

You are sooo right about cats. My Siamese Sammy thinks he's a person. He even uses  a pillow when he sleeps and just puts his head on it like a person. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tina, My cat has Siamese colors, but she is fluffy, so she is closer to American Rag-doll breed. I love it. Our pets make our lives special and fill it with joy and unlimited love. and yes....she loves the pillows and the pillow talk.
