New Tampa is an affluent community located just north of the University of South Florida, University Community Hospital, and Moffitt Hospital in Tampa. Its location, beautifully landscaped communities, community clubhouses and amenities make it a one of Tampa's most highly desirable and prestigious areas to live in.
New Tampa has many different communities to choose from including:
Arbor Greene, Grand Hampton, Hunter's Green, Cory Lake Isles, Tampa Palms, West Meadows, and nearby Seven Oaks where single family home prices range from $200,000 to $3,000,000.
