The majority of my market consists of second-home as well as investment property. While we have not been as impacted as some markets, these articles allowed me to step back a little to view our market situation in a better perspective. They have also caused me to take the time to reflect on the history of our market since I began selling here in 1995.
While we are now facing the aftermath of Hurricane Dolly, I can take heart that real estate is still alive and rebounding. The cycles will continue to come around.
