PLEASE DONT SHOOT THE PIANO PLAYER

I have been reading all kinds of stuff about the localism land rush.  When I first heard about it, I thought ok...not so bad. I might consider buying into a town or two.  Then I think I read that you had to purchase communities.  Sunset Ridge, Sunset Oaks, Sunset Pines, East Sunset Pines, Sunset Dunes, The Dunes at Sunset, Sunset Mountains, Sunset Sierra, Sunset  Sunset, etc........

GEEEZ, seems like my pocket would be empty before I got to the sunrise neighbohoods.  So I decided....eh...who needs it.  Then I started reading all the posts from everyone who either purchased or waiting paitently to purchase.  My simple question is this....

Why do I need to purchase communities in the localism land rush?

Have a great day.

Hi Leander, I guess time will tell... I purchased a couple of neighborhoods, but haven't even had the time yet to add in content!

From what I've been reading, it doesn't seem to be much of a "rush" at all!  It's more of a "hurry up and wait"

Hi Leander, I'm waiting too.  I may or may not buy into a neighborhood.  Only time will tell... and you're right... it seems like everyone is trying to get into our pockets.

I bought a few and will see what happens.  I'm very impressed with the AR rankings in the search engines and want to see if Localism will be as good.

For an investment of $9, with no contract so I can cancel anytime, I decided it was worth it to spend a few bucks to hold onto some towns for a month to see how it goes.  I'd rather spend the small amount now, than regret it later if Localism sponsorships really turns out to be something.

Hey, Leander, I have a deal going on right now down in your area.  A mixed-use retail, office, residental building in Burlington.

Leander, not sure what the point is, but maybe AR knows something we don't? I am really commenting here because of your footer. King without a Kingdom.....I love that!

Sunset land rush - purchase property near Pearce AZ - an acre for $14,000?  What does anyone to think of this?  Land is something that is a worthy investment but is this area and their land really worth it or is a scam to get like one blogger said, "everyone trying to get money from out pockets?"  What do you fellow bloggers think?
