Certified building inspector

This is for Ohio only!

There are some individuals that claim to be 'certified' as a building inspector.

A 'Certified Building Inspector' is someone who is certified by The Board of Building Standards of The State of Ohio.

This part of what it says:

BUILDING INSPECTOR &

COMMERCIAL I.U. INSPECTOR

Three years experience as a construction contractor or

supervisor or as a skilled tradesman for work subject to

inspection.

REFER TO NOTES 1, 2, 5, & 7

Examination modules: Examination modules:

1A, 1B, 3B, 4B or B1, B2, M2
