REO Northern California home, bank owned home

 I received an email request for information of home today. It turns out this home was sold 2 years ago for 2.4 Millions and now is only asking for $1.325 Millions. I just cannot believe in.

2549 Butch Dr. Gilory CA 95030 is a 5 bedrooms 4+ baths 3 years new custom homeon the hills of Gilroy. It is bank owned now and the asking price is $1.325 Millions which is more then one millions dollars less then it was sold.It has 2 master bedroom suites, beautiful chandeliers almost every rooms , with magnificent foyer,a large swimming w/spa,4 balconies w/mountain &city light view!

 Can you picture yourself live in a large home 6207 sf home on the lot of 491,792 sq ft for only 1.325 Millions dollars?

If I have 1.325 Millions, I will love to own this mansion.Please read this article for more details.

I would like to see this home, sounds nice.  The drop in price is incredible but I guess thats our market.  No wonder banks are failing all around us.  Oh well, that is life.
