A friend of ours in the Atlanta area had their mother needing to sell a home in Maryland, and so I started my search right here on Activerain to find a great agent that we could refer to. Margaret's name came up quickly and we exchanged emails and a few phone calls...and the referral was done! It gets better, in this market, Margaret went on the preliminary interview, and came back with a buyer. That is unheard of in this market. To make a long story short, the deal is already done, the seller has moved on, and we have already received a referral check. Way to go Margaret! Great job!
