The Village at Harmony Park

The Village at Harmony Park is a collection of Neumann built homes that is located north of 128th Avenue and just West of I-25.  Built in the early to mid 2000's, the community is newer with a more of an urban feel.  Unfortunately Neumann homes declared bankruptcy just as the community was being finished but it is completed and a very nice area to live in.  The community has a community pool, clubhouse and HOA fee includes trash removal. 

Most of the homes feature Granite countertops and upgraded cabinetry woods like Cherry.  They have Master suites and baths and are pre-wired for sound and styled to reflect modern tastes.  The School district is the Adams 12 School District which is highly regarded in the state.
