He actually sold this property! WOW! This is a perfect example of trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents. When I saw this video, I thought it was a hoax. Come to find out this is a real strategy used to sell and I think it's great. Everyone needs a little humor, and it makes the process a lot more fun!
