Beats Paying Rent…Own for Under $50,000

Great location. Close but not too close! Swimming pool and tennis courts just across the street. With the unit having one bedroom and one bath leaves the open floor plan in the living area with room enough for books or friends. Clean and move in ready. Great Buy!
